Why the library is free
A prompt is text. Putting text behind a payment wall invites it to be copied out and posted elsewhere within a day, which helps nobody. The site is supported by advertising, held to a strict rule: every slot reserves its space before anything loads, and no advertising script runs before the page is usable.
What a paid plan will not do
It will not move existing free prompts behind it. Anything published free stays free. A plan adds tools around the library, not access to it.
Commercial use
You may use what you generate in work you are paid for, on the free plan, with no attribution. The terms set that out, along with the one thing that is not allowed, which is copying the library wholesale and republishing it.
