Terms
The short version: use the prompts, including commercially. Do not copy the library wholesale and republish it as your own.
Using the prompts
You may copy any published prompt, change it, run it in any tool, and use what it produces, including in work you are paid for. No attribution is required and no licence needs to be bought.
What you may not do is take the library as a body of work. Bulk copying, scraping the catalogue, or republishing a substantial part of it as a competing collection is not permitted, whether done by hand or by a program.
What you generate
Whatever you generate is between you and the tool you generated it in. This site makes no claim over it. Equally, it takes no responsibility for it: what a model produces from a prompt is the model's output, and the terms of the tool you used govern what you may do with it.
Where a prompt asks for a photograph of a person, you are responsible for having the right to use that photograph. Do not use a prompt to produce an image of someone who has not agreed to it.
The example images
The image shown beside a prompt is the output that prompt produced. It is there so you can see what to expect. It is not stock imagery and is not offered for reuse on its own.
What is not promised
Models change. A prompt that produced the image shown may produce something different after the tool behind it is updated, and a tool listed in the directory may change its pricing or close. Prompts are republished when they stop working, and directory entries are corrected when a vendor changes, but neither is guaranteed to be current at the moment you read it.
Pricing shown in the tools directory is a guide. The vendor's own page is the authority.
Accounts
An account here is a Corenexis account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell the support desk if you think someone else has them.
An account may be closed for bulk copying of the library, for attempts to interfere with the service, or at your own request. Closing an account removes what was saved under it.
Paid plans
Where a paid plan is offered, what it includes is stated on the plans page at the time you subscribe. A change to what a plan includes applies from the next renewal, not retroactively.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. It is not liable for losses arising from the use of a prompt, from the output of any model, or from a third-party tool listed in the directory. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by agreement.
Changes
The date at the top is the date these terms last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.
